The key new features are:
- The dashboard shows counts of validation based on new Business Rule Sets, especially domain level rules. These domain rules are U S GAAP rules which apply to virtually all 10-Ks and 10-Qs. Here are a few sample rules:
- Balance sheets report assets
- Balance sheets report liabilities and equity
- Balance sheets balance
- Balance sheets report equity
- Income statements report net income (loss)
- Cash flow statements report net cash flow
- Links to the extremely comprehensive Evidence Package (See the sample Reference Implementation).
